Company Driver Offerings & Benefits:

\n- Local drivers earn $.56CPM for all miles outside 200 miles radius

\n- Regional drivers earn $.56 CPM for all miles

\n \n- OTR drivers avg $80,000 - $104,000 annually \n
\n- OTR drivers earn $.60 CPM for all miles

\n \n- $2,500 sign-on bonus paid out over a year

Owner Operator Offerings & Benefits:
\n\n- Owner Operators are paid 65% of the linehaul revenue and 100% of the fuel surcharge
\n- Regional drivers avg $200,000 - $250,000 annually
\n- OTR drivers avg $260,000 - $300,000 annually
\n- Drivers will be out 7-10 days
\n- Company-provided fuel card, which utilizes company discounts at most fuel locations
\n- Base plate program available
\n- Free monthly equipment inspections and DOT annual inspections
\n- Discounted shop rate at terminals with shops (labor rate only $60.00 per hour)
\n- Reimbursement program for Hazmat Endorsement
\n- There are no charges or fees for the required escrow account
\n- Advance pay for obtaining a TWIC card
\n- Border crossing pay for trips to Canada (volunteers only)
\n- Referral bonus pay
\n- Payroll paid weekly - direct deposit

Requirements:
\n\n- CDL-A
\n- Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Needed
\n- Pump and Compressor required
\n- 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience
\n- Owner Operators must have a tractor that is 2004 or newer
